Our Philosophy

Digital Dreams is founded on the core principle that work should be good and fun. We understand that sometimes you have to work solely to earn an income, but we didn't setup Digital Dreams to be that kind of company. Much as the bottom line is key, Digital Dream is not motivated by it. We need it to thrive, but perhaps we can get it right by focusing elsewhere - which is what we intend to prove.

But this is not the only thing that sets us apart. We believe the following also:

Help people and they will naturally reward you

We believe that when you help people, they will in turn reward you. We are not out to sell any product or service to you. Our aim is to help you with the skills and resources we have. We believe that in so doing, our customers will show appreciation. Of course we will still help even if they didn't.

Don't be evil

We believe that companies can succeed by doing what is right; by thinking of the customer's best interest not short term bottom line interests. Much as we believe that companies must respect their customers, we understand also that the customer is not always right. We feel it is okay not to do business with those customers who will hurt our vision even if they will pay us a fortune for doing so. Our customers will show appreciation. Of course we will still help even if they didn't.

Do what you like, just be very good @ it

We believe that employees should have fun doing what they like. We intend to employ people with various backgrounds and interests and let them loose helping people do what they like. We will only ask that they be the best at what they do.

System either work or they don't

We believe that system either work or they don't - not people.

Take care of employees

We believe that companies should be interested in the interests of their employees and focus on helping them to live a purposeful and fulfilled life. When employees are assured that their interests are catered for, they will be free to take care of the interests of our customers.
